AI Providers We May Use

WAPilotAI may route requests to third-party AI model providers and cloud infrastructure partners. Examples include:

• large language model providers (e.g. OpenAI, DeepL, DeepSeek, or equivalent services)
• cloud hosting and API infrastructure providers

We select providers with appropriate security practices. Provider availability may change as we improve service quality and reliability.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not continuously read or monitor your WhatsApp conversations.
• We do not use customer conversations for advertising.
• We do not sell conversation data.
• We do not automatically send messages on your behalf.

Data Retention

Message content is processed to deliver the feature you requested. We do not maintain a permanent archive of full WhatsApp conversations. Retention of account and usage records follows our Privacy Policy.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authorization to process customer communications and for not submitting information you are not permitted to share under your policies or contracts.
