Request Account and Data Deletion
WAPilotAI respects your right to control your personal information.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
What Data Can Be Deleted?
Depending on your account status, we may delete:
- account information
- profile information
- usage records
- AI interaction history stored by WAPilotAI
- subscription-related account information
What Data May Need to Be Retained?
Some information may need to be retained when required by law.
Examples:
- payment transaction records
- accounting information
- fraud prevention records
Such information is retained only for the legally required period.
How to Request Deletion
In the extension (fastest):
- Open the WAPilot AI extension popup
- Sign in
- Click Delete account and confirm
This removes your account profile and usage records from WAPilotAI.
Or by email:
Send an email to: [email protected]
Include:
- Account email address
- Request: "Delete my WAPilotAI data"
For security reasons, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account.
Note: Active Creem subscriptions should be canceled in Creem/billing separately; deletion of the WAPilotAI account does not automatically cancel a payment provider subscription.
Processing Time
We will process valid deletion requests within:
- 30 days
or within the timeframe required by applicable privacy laws.
Chrome Extension Users
If you uninstall the WAPilotAI Chrome extension:
- locally stored extension data may be removed by your browser
- server-side account data is not automatically deleted
To delete server-side data, please submit a deletion request.
