WAPilotAI brings AI assistance to WhatsApp Web, helping you understand messages across languages and prepare clear, professional replies.
1. Get started
- Install the WAPilotAI Chrome extension.
- Open WhatsApp Web and connect your WhatsApp account.
- Open a conversation. WAPilot Reply Assistant is the panel titled WAPilot Reply Assistant. You can also open it with the ✨ button on WhatsApp Web or with Ctrl+Shift+P (on Mac, Command+Shift+P).
- Click Login in Reply Assistant. In the window that opens, sign in with Login, create an account with Register, or choose Continue with Google.
From Chrome’s toolbar, click the WAPilot AI icon. Choose Log In or Create Account. The login form also has Continue with Google.
You can try a limited number of actions before you sign in. When you are logged in, your account email, current plan, and remaining allowance appear in Reply Assistant.
2. Translate text
- Enter or paste text into Your draft.
- Open the language menu beside Translate and choose the target language.
- Click 🌐 Translate.
- Review the translation in AI result — edit before inserting.
You can translate text containing multiple languages into the language you selected.
Maximum length: 5,000 characters per request. The count includes spaces, line breaks, and emoji. Split longer messages into smaller sections. Polish uses the same limit.
3. Polish a reply
- Write or paste your reply into Your draft.
- Choose a Tone: Professional, Friendly, or Neutral. Professional is the default. Tone applies to Polish only.
- Click ✨ Polish.
- Review the improved wording in AI result — edit before inserting.
Polish improves clarity, grammar, and tone while preserving your message’s meaning and original language. The translation language does not control the language used by Polish.
Maximum length: 5,000 characters per request.
4. Insert and send your reply
- Review the AI result and edit it in that box if you need to.
- Click Insert Reply →. WAPilot places that text into the WhatsApp compose box for the open chat, replacing whatever is already in the compose box.
- Check the final message in WhatsApp before sending.
- Send it with WhatsApp’s own send control.
Insert Reply does not automatically translate or send your message. If the compose box cannot be found, WAPilot copies the text to the clipboard instead and shows “Copied to clipboard (compose box not found)”.
AI-generated content may contain errors. Review before sending, especially names, numbers, dates, and technical details.
5. Check your plan and allowance
Your current plan and remaining allowance are displayed at the top of Reply Assistant. The same account email is shown there when you are signed in.
Click Upgrade to view the Free, Plus, Pro, Premium, and Business plans. Make sure the email displayed is the account you want to upgrade. Paid plans show this notice: “Renews automatically every month until canceled. Cancel to stop the next renewal; paid access continues until the end of your current billing period.” The Free plan does not renew.
6. Cancel a subscription
Cancel Subscription appears only while a paid plan is still set to renew.
- Click Upgrade in Reply Assistant, or open WAPilotAI from its icon in Chrome’s toolbar.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation. In the Upgrade window, confirm the browser prompt. In the toolbar popup, choose Cancel Renewal. Keep Subscription leaves renewal on.
After cancellation, your paid plan and remaining allowance stay available until the expiration date shown (“Renewal canceled · Expires on” or “Access until”). The subscription will not renew. When that date passes, the account returns to the Free plan.
Cancellation does not reset your allowance or grant another free trial.
7. Recover your password
Password recovery is for email-and-password accounts.
- In the toolbar popup, click Log In, then Forgot your password?.
- In Reply Assistant, click Login. If sign-in does not succeed, Forgot your password? appears under the error.
- Enter your account email and click Send Reset Link (toolbar) or Send reset link (Reply Assistant).
- Follow the instructions in the email.
WAPilot shows: “If an account exists with this email, you'll receive a password reset link.” If the email does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder.
8. Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to try |
|---|---|
